Am 31.10.2024 wird der Anarchist Kyriakos Xymitiris durch eine Explosion in einer Wohnung in Ampelokoipi getötet.

Die Einzigen, die für unseren Genossen sprechen können, sind wir. All diejenigen, die mit ihm bei Plena, Aktionen, Demos, Auseinandersetzungen zusammengekommen sind.

Kyriakos war immer präsent bei Solidaritätsaktionen für Gefangene, in der internationalen Antikriegsbewegung, bei Aktionen für die Verteidigung der Nachbarschaft Exarcheia, bei Kämpfen an der Uni, der Verteidigung von Freiräumen und Besetzungen und in sozialen und Klassenkämpfen. Er hatte sich diesen verschrieben, stets in Bereitschaft, zusammen deren aufständischste Ausweitung zu erkunden. Er verteidigte nicht nur theoretisch den vielfältigen Kampf zur sozialen Befreiung, sondern verkörperte dessen wahrhaftigste Manifestation.

Der Genosse Kyriakos wählte, bis zum Ende mit allen Mitteln kämpfend, die Welt der Macht, den Staat, das Kapital, den Rassismus, das Patriarchat zu bekämpfen. Er wählte, auf Seiten der Unterdrückten und Aufständischen für eine bessere Welt zu kämpfen, für eine Welt der Solidarität, Gleichheit, Freiheit.

Sein Verlust hinterlässt eine gewaltige Lücke in seiner Familie und seinem Freund*innenkreis, bei Genoss*innen, die ihm nahe waren, aber auch im Kampf, den er mit seiner ganzen Haltung und seinen Worten so sehr verfolgte.

Der anarchistische Kämpfer Kyriakos Xymitiris war einer von uns. Wir werden die Erinnerung an ihn sowohl für immer in unseren Herzen bewahren und verteidigen, als auch in jedem Moment unseres Kampfes.

On the 31st of October, in an explosion in an apartment in Athens, the anarchist comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris fell in the battle for social and class liberation. The anarchist comrade Marianna suffered severe injuries, after being treated at Evangelismos Hospital under constant police surveillance, she was transferred on Friday 15/11 to Korydallos Prison. In the aftermath of what happened on 31st October, the comrades Dimitra Z, Dimitris, Nikos R. and A.K have been imprisoned as well in the pre-detention prison in Korydallos. The five comrades have been charged under the anti-terrorism law 187A: formation and membership of a terrorist organization, explosion and supply, possession and manufacture of explosives, damage to private property.

The five comrades have been charged under the anti-terrorism law 187A: formation and membership of a terrorist organization, explosion and supply, possession and manufacture of explosives, damage to private property.

The pressure exerted by the Greek anti-terror unit, working hand in hand with the interrogator in charge of the case, led to the early discharge of comrade Marianna from the hospital, with the management of Evaggelismos hospital not holding responsibility for their patient. As with every prison in the world, Korydallos is a place ruled by mistreatment and harsh conditions. The women’s section of the prison is even more neglected than the men’s section, making it a faithful copy of the patriarchal society in which we live. This torture inflicted on the comrade is rooted in the most classic practices of Western patriarchy, which is enslaving and colonial. The stripping of subjectivity and manipulation of bodies as objects, by force, is a historical practice of white patriarchy. This tries, through European states, to create the myth of an external enemy—an enemy of color, with a different alphabet. However, it is clear that patriarchy is a current enemy coming from the Western world, and is seen in the mistreatment to which the comrade and many other imprisoned individuals are being subjected.

As well, the exploitation of the accused comrades’ bodies and personal data started with various methods executed by the state apparatus, all for the profit of the ruling power. Under the guidance of the anti-terrorist unit, the corrupt officials of New Democracy, and once again, the minister of Citizen Protection, M. Chrysochoidis. Their systematic defamation of the comrades in the media, particularly through the well known media-snitches and newspapers headlines, is yet another example of the repulsive role played by these channels in spreading state and capitalist propaganda. The publication of photos and videos from the scene of the incident is an act of desecration, dishonoring the memory of comrade Kyriakos and it captures the brutality that the family and loved ones are subjected to. Moreover, the Greek media shamelessly took advantage of this situation, publishing personal photos of the accused comrades, which they obtained with the help of the anti-terror unit, who provided them with the comrades’ personal data.

In the last years we have seen investigations that were attempts to gather as many information as possible about the international movements too, sharing contacts and behaviors of people that are engaged in more than one country. Many years now we see German cops taking lead roles on Greek territories. Aiming to attempt and spread fear, as well attempt to prevent comrades from getting connected and creating international bonds and networks. They observe comrades, bug cars, execute raids, train Greek cops and of course they share information with their Greek counterparts. It is not surprising but still worth mentioning, that the identity of Kyriakos was revealed after German cops provided the fingerprints out of their database and labeling him as ’’left extremist terrorist’’. It is almost certain that they provide much more than this, if not every personal detail they had collected in the past years.The compliance between the German and the Greek state is an easy, but by far not the only example. With organizations like Europol that wants to coordinate investigations in Europe, we see the machinery of repression spreading it’s net around the world, as well outside of the fortress Europe. In the end, no state can ever bring us liberation and especially in cases about so-called terrorist organizations, the links and compliance between different states are revealed once again.

The memory and the history of the comrade, despite all the attempts of the state and its apparatus, will be for all of us a legacy of our struggles, an important chapter of our history. A history engraved by all those who fought for a better life, for another world. And it is this history that we will continue to defend against those who seek to defame it. And it is our active solidarity and determination that will continue the struggles we connected or shared with our comrade Kyriakos. He might have done a step towards history, among all those souls that chose to confront this terrible world but collectively, we find it indispensable to draw the memory and accompany our comrade in his journey to history and write a combative international chapter that he started already long before. Let’s defend revolutionary memory and turn our grieve into a catalyst for social and class liberation for all.

Yet again, we see and feel the importance of international solidarity in our struggles. Inspired by the international action call of 16/11 (link here), as the Berlin based assembly in the memory of Kyriakos X. and in solidarity with persecuted comrades, we call for International Action Days on 30.12, 31.12 and 01.01. Against the tactics of the anti-terror unit and the exploitation of the media and the defaming of our comrade’s memory. Our active solidarity must stand as a protective barrier for our imprisoned comrades and a any further persecutions. We do not let repression intimidate us, and we stand by their side without hesitation. As they attack our international struggles, we must become even more committed to them. International calls like this one can act as a milestone date, concentrating the pressure we all put on a certain time frame and by this building consistent international solidarity for the accused, as well as international remembrance actions for comrade Kyriakos.

We choose the days around 31. December to dedicate to Kyriakos, as on this day, it will be two months since our comrade passed away. Two months of grief and struggle, rage, but also of bond and solidarity. New Years eve is a well known date globally, that every year tries to break the isolation and the misery inside prisons that becomes so obvious on that day. At prisons worldwide, people gather outside to send a message to the imprisoned. We want to connect to this day, remembering that Kyriakos was convinced of destroying the prison system and thinking of the five comrades who are persecuted in the constructed case, now being detained in the Korydallos prison. Searching for opportunities to shake up the existing and attack the monopoly of violence by the state, we can relate to this day. In the city of Berlin, is a well rooted tradition of the past years on that evening to start the new year, with new confrontations at the streets against the cops. The evening of 31.12, is one of the few evenings where the (im)balance between big amounts of individuals and the authorities of being prepared for confrontations,is hard for the state to keep up and therefore it is an evening where often clashes erupt by the working class, migrants, anarchists, marginalized and all those who choose to confront the authorities.

Though we call for the 30.12.-01.01., building consistent solidarity does not mean to limit our actions to specific days. Therefore we want to encourage everyone to join this call, be it in the days around New Year’s eve, before, or after.

We call everyone through these days to draw the memory of comrade Kyriakos and to show solidarity with the five persecuted comrades. This means not only to be active about the situation they are in now, but also to continue the struggles they relate to and the struggles that we can relate to them. Every action against oppression and authority can be dedicated to Kyriakos. Because the heart of Kyriakos Xymitiris and all the fallen comrades beat forever in the streets, in the confrontations, in the revolt moments, in the heart of anyone who struggles against oppression and exploitation. Those who lost their lives in the struggle for freedom live forever in the heart of social and class revolt. The fire will return to warm the hearts of those who are no longer here and those who cannot fight with us.

Let us use the strength that Kyriakos left us and the strength that Marianna, Dimitra, Dimitris, Nikos and A.K send us from inside the cells of democracy.

Internationaler Aufruf für Aktionstage 30.12. – 01.01.: In Gedenken an Kyriakos X und in Solidarität mit den Verfolgten des Ampelokipoi-Verfahrens

Am 31. Oktober fiel der anarchistische Gefährte Kyriakos Xymitiris bei einer Explosion in einer Wohnung in Athen im Kampf für die soziale Beifreiung. Die anarchistische Gefährtin Marianna erlitt schwere Verletzungen und wurde nach ihrer Behandlung im Evangelismos-Krankenhaus unter ständiger Polizeibewachung am Freitag, den 15.11. ins Korydallos-Gefängnis verlegt. Nach den Ereignissen vom 31. Oktober wurden auch die Gefährt*innen Dimitra Z., Dimitris, Nikos R. und A.K. im U-Haft-Gefängnis von Korydallos inhaftiert. Die fünf Gefährt*innen wurden nach dem Antiterrorgesetz 187A angeklagt: Gründung und Mitgliedschaft in einer terroristischen Vereinigung, Besitz und Herstellung von Sprengstoff, sowie Beschädigung von Privateigentum.

Der Druck der griechischen Anti-Terror-Einheit, die Hand in Hand mit dem zuständigen Haftrichter arbeitete, führte zur vorzeitigen Entlassung der Gefährtin Marianna aus dem Krankenhaus, wobei die Leitung des Evaggelismos-Krankenhauses keine Verantwortung für ihre Patientin übernahm. Wie alle Gefängnisse der Welt ist auch Korydallos ein Ort der Misshandlung und schechten Bedingungen. Der Frauentrakt des Gefängnisses wird noch mehr vernachlässigt als der Männertrakt und ist damit ein getreues Abbild der patriarchalen Gesellschaft, in der wir leben. Die Folter, die der Gefährtin zugefügt wird, hat ihre Wurzeln in den klassischsten Praktiken des westlichen Patriarchats, das versklavend und kolonial ist. Das Rauben der Subjektivität und die Objektifizierung ihres Körpers durch gewaltsame Manipulation ist eine historische Praxis des weißen Patriarchats. Dieses versucht von den europäischen Staaten aus den Mythos eines äußeren Feindes zu schaffen – eines Feindes of Colour, mit einem anderen Alphabet. Es ist jedoch klar, dass das Patriarchat ein aktueller Feind ist, der aus der westlichen Welt kommt, und wir sehen es heute in der Misshandlung, der unsere Gefährtin und viele andere Inhaftierte ausgesetzt sind.

Auch die Ausbeutung der persönlichen Daten und Körper der beschuldigten Gefährt*innen begann mit verschiedenen, vom Staatsapparat ausgeführten Methoden, die alle dem Profit der herrschenden Macht dienten. Unter der Leitung der Anti-Terror-Einheit, der korrupten Politiker*innen der New Democracy und einmal mehr des Ministers für Bürgerschutz, M. Chrysochoidis. Ihre systematische Diffamierung der Gefährt*innen in den Medien, insbesondere durch die bekannten Hetzblätter und Schlagzeilen, ist ein weiteres Beispiel für die widerliche Rolle, die diese Kanäle bei der Verbreitung von staatlicher und kapitalistischer Propaganda spielen. Die Veröffentlichung von Fotos und Videos vom Ort des Geschehens ist ein Akt der Schändung, der das Andenken an den Gefährten Kyriakos entehrt und die Brutalität zeigt, der die Familie und die Angehörigen ausgesetzt sind. Darüber hinaus haben die griechischen Medien diese Situation schamlos ausgenutzt und persönliche Fotos der beschuldigten Gefährt*innen veröffentlicht, welche sie mit Hilfe der Anti-Terror-Einheit erhalten haben, die ihnen die persönlichen Daten der Gefährt*innen zur Verfügung stellte.

In den letzten Jahren haben wir Ermittlungen erlebt, die darauf abzielten, so viele Informationen wie möglich über die internationalen Bewegungen sowie Kontakte und Verhaltensweisen von Personen, die in mehr als einem Land aktiv sind zu sammeln und auszutauschen. Seit vielen Jahren sehen wir deutsche Cops, die auf griechischem Gebiet eine führende Rolle spielen. Sie versuchen Angst zu verbreiten und zu verhindern, dass Gefährt*innen Kontakte knüpfen und internationale Verbindungen und Netzwerke aufbauen. Sie beobachten Gefährt*innen, verwanzen Autos, führen Razzien durch, bilden griechische Cops aus und natürlich tauschen sie auch Informationen mit ihren griechischen Kollegen aus. Es ist nicht überraschend, aber dennoch erwähnenswert, dass die Identität von Kyriakos aufgedeckt wurde, nachdem deutsche Cops die Fingerabdrücke aus ihrer Datenbank zur Verfügung stellten und ihn als „linksextremistischen Terroristen“ bezeichneten. Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem deutschen und dem griechischen Staat ist ein einfaches, aber bei weitem nicht das einzige Beispiel. Mit Organisationen wie Europol, die Ermittlungen in Europa koordinieren wollen, sehen wir, wie die Maschinerie der Repression ihr Netz über die ganze Welt ausbreitet, auch außerhalb der Festung Europa. Letztendlich kann uns kein Staat jemals auf dem Weg der Befreiung voranbringen und gerade in Fällen von sogenannten terroristischen Organisationen zeigen sich einmal mehr die Verbindungen und Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Staaten.

Trotz aller Bemühungen des Staates und seines Apparates werden die Erinnerung und die Geschichte des Gefährten für uns alle ein Vermächtnis unserer Kämpfe sein, ein wichtiges Kapitel unserer Geschichte. Eine Geschichte, die von all jenen geschrieben wurde, die für ein besseres Leben, für eine andere Welt gekämpft haben. Und es ist diese Geschichte, die wir weiterhin gegen diejenigen verteidigen werden, die versuchen, sie zu diffamieren. Und es ist unsere aktive Solidarität und Entschlossenheit, die die Kämpfe weiterführen wird, die wir mit unserem Gefährten Kyriakos verbunden oder mit ihm geteilt haben. Er mag einen Schritt in Richtung Geschichte getan haben, gemeinsam mit all den Seelen, die sich dazu entschieden haben, sich dieser schrecklichen Welt entgegen zu stellen. Gemeinsam finden wir es unabdingbar, die Erinnerung lebendig zu halten, unseren Gefährten auf seinem Weg in die Geschichte zu begleiten und ein kämpferisches internationales Kapitel zu schreiben, das er schon lange vorher begonnen hat. Lasst uns das revolutionäre Gedenken verteidigen und unsere Trauer in einen Katalysator für die soziale Befreiung aller verwandeln.

Wieder einmal sehen und spüren wir die Bedeutung der internationalen Solidarität in unseren Kämpfen. Inspiriert durch den internationalen Aktionsaufruf zum 16.11., rufen wir als Berliner Versammlung im Gedenken an Kyriakos X. und in Solidarität mit den verfolgten Gefährt*innen zu internationalen Aktionstagen am 30.12, 31.12 und 01.01. auf. Gegen die Taktiken der Anti-Terror-Einheit, die Ausbeutung durch die Medien und die Diffamierung des Andenkens an unseren Gefährten. Unsere aktive Solidarität muss wie ein Schutzschild für unsere inhaftierten Gefährt*innen und gegen weitere Verfolgung sein. Wir lassen uns von der Repression nicht einschüchtern und stehen ohne zu zögern an ihrer Seite. Wenn sie unsere internationalen Kämpfe angreifen, müssen wir uns noch stärker für sie engagieren. Internationale Aufrufe wie dieser können als Meilenstein dienen, indem sie den Druck, den wir alle ausüben, auf einen bestimmten Zeitrahmen konzentrieren und dadurch beständige internationale Solidarität für die Angeklagten sowie internationale Gedenkaktionen für den Gefährten Kyriakos aufbauen.

Wir wählen die Tage um den 31. Dezember, um sie Kyriakos zu widmen, denn an diesem Tag sind zwei Monate seit dem Tod unseres Gefährten vergangen. Zwei Monate der Trauer und des Kampfes, der Wut, aber auch der Verbundenheit und Solidarität. Silvester ist ein weltweit bekanntes Datum, an dem jedes Jahr versucht wird, die Isolation und das Elend in den Gefängnissen zu durchbrechen, die an diesem Tag so offensichtlich werden. Vor Knästen auf der ganzen Welt versammeln sich Menschen, um eine Botschaft an die Inhaftierten zu senden. Wir wollen an diesen Tag anknüpfen und uns daran erinnern, dass Kyriakos davon überzeugt war, das Gefängnissystem zu zerstören, und an die fünf Genossen denken, die in dem konstruierten Fall verfolgt werden und jetzt im Korydallos-Gefängnis inhaftiert sind. Auf der Suche nach Möglichkeiten, das Bestehende zum Erschüttern zu bringen und das Gewaltmonopol des Staates anzugreifen, können wir uns auf diesen Tag beziehen. In Berlin ist es seit Jahren Tradition, an diesem Abend das neue Jahr mit neuen Konfrontationen gegen Cops auf der Straße zu beginnen. Der Abend des 31.12. ist einer der wenigen Abende, an denen es schwer für den Staat ist, das (Un-)Gleichgewicht in der Vorbereitung auf Konfrontationen zwischen einer großen Anzahl an Personen und den Autoritäten aufrecht zu erhalten. Und deshalb ist es ein Abend, an dem es oft zu Zusammenstößen zwischen der Arbeiter*innenklasse, Migrant*innen, Anarchist*innen, Marginalisierten und all jenen kommt, die sich entscheiden, den Autoritäten entgegenzutreten.

Wir rufen zwar für den 30.12. bis 01.01. auf, aber beständige Solidarität bedeutet nicht, dass wir unsere Aktionen auf einzelne Tage beschränken. Deshalb möchten wir alle ermutigen, sich diesem Aufruf anzuschließen – sei es in den Tagen um Silvester herum, davor oder danach.

Wir rufen alle dazu auf, in diesen Tagen das Gedenken an den Gefährten Kyriakos zu beleben und Solidarität mit den fünf verfolgten Gefährt*innen zu zeigen. Das bedeutet nicht nur, aktiv zu sein in Bezug auf die Situation, in der sie sich jetzt befinden, sondern auch die Kämpfe fortzusetzen, auf die sie sich beziehen und die Kämpfe, die wir mit ihnen verbinden können. Jede Aktion gegen Unterdrückung und Autorität kann Kyriakos gewidmet werden. Denn das Herz von Kyriakos Xymitiris und aller gefallenen Gefährt*innen schlägt für immer in den Straßen, in den Auseinandersetzungen, in den Momenten der Revolte, im Herzen aller, die gegen Unterdrückung und Ausbeutung kämpfen. Diejenigen, die ihr Leben im Kampf für die Freiheit verloren haben, leben für immer im Herzen der sozialen und klassenkämpferischen Aufstände. Das Feuer wird zurückkehren, um die Herzen derer zu wärmen, die nicht mehr hier sind und die nicht mit uns kämpfen können.

El 31 de octubre, en una explosión en un apartamento de Atenas, el compañero anarquista Kyriakos Xymitiris cayó en la batalla por la liberación social y de clase. La compañera anarquista Marianna sufrió graves heridas y después de ser atendida en el Hospital Evangelismos, bajo constante vigilancia policial, fue trasladada el viernes 15/11 a la prisión de Korydallos. Tras lo sucedido el 31 de octubre, les compañeres Dimitra Z, Dimitris, Nikos R. y A.K han sido encarcelades de manera preventiva también en la prisión de Korydallos. Les cinco han sido acusades en virtud de la ley antiterrorista 187A: formación y pertenencia a una organización terrorista, explosión y suministro, posesión y fabricación de explosivos, daños a la propiedad privada.

Sin embargo, está claro que el patriarcado es un enemigo actual que proviene del mundo occidental, y se ve en el maltrato al que está siendo sometida la compañera, así como muchas otras personas encarceladas.

Además, la explotación de los cuerpos y los datos personales de les compañeres acusades ​​comenzó con varios métodos ejecutados por el aparato estatal, para el beneficio del poder gobernante; y bajo la guía de la unidad antiterrorista, el funcionariado corrupto del partido Nueva Democracia, y una vez más, el Ministro de Protección Ciudadana, M. Desde hace muchos años vemos a la policía alemana asumiendo roles destacados en la represión en territorio griego, con el objetivo de difundir el miedo. Así como intentar evitar que las personas se conecten y creen lazos y redes internacionales: observan compañeres, ocultan micrófonos en coches, ejecutan redadas, entrenan a la policía griega y, por supuesto, comparten información. No es sorprendente, pero vale la pena mencionar que la identidad de Kyriakos se reveló después de que la policía alemana proporcionara las huellas dactilares contenidas en su base de datos y lo etiquetaron como “terrorista extremista de izquierdas”. Pero, seguramente proporcionaron mucho más que esto, pues no es de extrañar que también compartieron todos los detalles personales que habían recolectado en los últimos años. La complicidad entre el estado alemán y el griego es muy obvia, pero no es el único ejemplo. Con organizaciones como Europol que quieren coordinar investigaciones, vemos cómo la maquinaria de la represión se extiende aquí y fuera de la fortaleza europea. Al final, ningún Estado puede brindarnos liberación y, especialmente en los casos sobre las llamadas organizaciones terroristas, los vínculos y la complicidad entre diferentes estados se revelan una vez más.

La memoria del compañero, a pesar de todos los intentos del Estado y su aparato, será para todes nosotres un legado en nuestras luchas, un capítulo importante de nuestra historia. Una historia escrita por todes aquelles que lucharon por una vida mejor, por otro mundo. Y es este relato el que continuaremos defendiendo contra quienes buscan difamarlo. Y es nuestra solidaridad y determinación activas que continuarán las luchas conectadas o compartidas con nuestro compañero Kyriakos. Entre todas esas almas que decidieron enfrentar este terrible mundo nos resulta indispensable dibujar colectivamente la memoria y acompañar a nuestro compañero en su viaje hacia la historia, escribiendo un capítulo combativo internacional que comenzó ya mucho antes. Defendamos la memoria revolucionaria y convirtamos nuestro llanto en un catalizador por la liberación social y de clase para todes.

Una vez más, vemos y sentimos la importancia de la solidaridad internacional en nuestras luchas. Por eso inspirándonos en la llamada de acción internacional del 16/11 (enlace aquí), la Asamblea en Berlín en memoria de Kyriakos X. y en solidaridad con les compañeres perseguides, hacemos un llamamiento a la acción internacional los días 30.12, 31.12 y 01.01. Contra las tácticas de la unidad antiterrorista y la explotación de los medios y la difamación de la memoria de nuestro compañero; nuestra solidaridad activa debe ser una barrera protectora para nuestres compañeres encarcelades y cualquier persecución adicional. No dejemos que la represión nos intimide, y mantengámonos a su lado sin dudarlo. Si atacan nuestras ideas, nuestro compromiso para con ellas debe ser aún mayor. Las llamadas internacionales como ésta, que concentran nuestros esfuerzos en un determinado período de tiempo, pueden actuar como un escalón más hacia la construcción de una solidaridad internacional con les acusades, así como de recuerdo para el camarada Kyriakos.

Elegimos los días alrededor del 31 de diciembre para conmemorar a Kyriakos, porque en ese día se cumplirán dos meses desde que nuestro compañero falleció. Dos meses de dolor, lucha e ira, pero también de vínculos y solidaridad. La víspera de Año Nuevo es una fecha bien conocida a nivel mundial, que cada año trata de romper el aislamiento y la miseria dentro de las cárceles, sentimientos tan obvios ese día. En las prisiones de todo el mundo, las personas se reúnen afuera para enviar un mensaje de solidaridad a les encarcelades. Queremos conectarnos con ese día, recordando que Kyriakos estaba comprometido con la destrucción del sistema penitenciario. A la vez que pensamos en les cinco compañeres perseguides en un caso que ha sido construido por la policía, y ahora detenides en la prisión de Korydallos. Además, este día nos da la oportunidad de sacudir lo existente y atacar el monopolio de la violencia que posee el Estado. En la ciudad de Berlín, durante los últimos años se ha desarrollado la tradición de comenzar el Año Nuevo con confrontaciones en las calles contra la policía. La noche del 31.12 es una de las pocas en las que el (des)equilibrio entre grandes cantidades de individuos y las autoridades se hace evidente. Es una noche en que es difícil para el Estado mantener control y, por lo tanto, a menudo estallan enfrentamientos por parte de la clase trabajadora, les migrantes, les anarquistes, les marginades y todes les que eligen confrontar a la autoridad.

Aunque llamamos del 30.12.-01.01., construir solidaridad constante no significa limitar nuestras acciones a días específicos. Por lo tanto, queremos alentar a todes a unirse a esta llamada, ya sea en los días alrededor de la víspera de año nuevo, antes o después.

Llamamos a todes en estos días para dibujar la memoria del compañero Kyriakos y mostrar solidaridad con les cinco compañeres perseguides. Esto significa no solo estar actives en la situación en la que se encuentran ahora, sino también para continuar con las luchas en las que participaban directa o indirectamente. Cada acción contra la opresión y la autoridad puede dedicarse a Kyriakos. Porque el corazón de Kyriakos Xymitiris y todes les compañeres caídes vencieron para siempre en las calles, en las confrontaciones, en los momentos de revuelta, en el corazón de cualquiera que luche contra la opresión y la explotación. Les que perdieron la vida en la lucha por la libertad viven para siempre en el corazón de la revuelta social y de clase. El fuego volverá a calentar los corazones de aquelles que ya no están aquí y aquelles que no pueden pelear con nosotres.

Usemos la fuerza que Kyriakos nos dejó y la fuerza que Marianna, Dimitra, Dimitris, Nikos y A.K nos envían desde el interior de las celdas de la democracia.

Crida internacional als dies d’acció 30.12-01.01: En memòria de Kyriakos X i en solidaritat amb les perseguides al cas Ampelokipoi

El 31 d’octubre, en una explosió en un apartament d’Atenes, el company anarquista Kyriakos Xymitis va caure en la batalla per l’alliberament social i de classe. La companya anarquista Marianna va patir ferides greus i després de ser tractada a l’Hospital Evangelismos, sota vigilància policial constant, va ser traslladada el divendres 15/11 a la presó de Korydallos. Després del que va passar el 31 d’octubre, les companyes Dimitra Z, Dimitris, Nikos R. i A.K també han estat empresonades de manera preventiva a la presó de Korydallos. Les cinc han estat acusades en virtut de la llei antiterrorista 187A: formació i pertinença a una organització terrorista, explosió i subministrament, possessió i fabricació d’explosius, danys a la propietat privada.

La pressió exercida per la unitat antiterrorista grega, que treballa conjuntament amb l’interrogador encarregat del cas, va fer que la camarada Marianna fos donada de baixa massa d’hora, sense que la direcció de l’Hospital Evagelismos es fes responsable de la seva pacient. Com totes les presons del món, Korydallos és un lloc caracteritzat pel mal tractament i unes condicions dures. La secció de dones de la presó está encara més descuidada que la dels homes, cosa que la converteix en una còpia fidel de la societat patriarcal on vivim. Aquesta tortura infligida a la nostra companya té les seves arrels a les pràctiques més clàssiques del patriarcat occidental, esclavitzador i colonial. La despossessió de la subjectivitat i la manipulació dels cossos com a objectes, per la força, és una pràctica històrica del patriarcat blanc, que a través dels estats europeus, intenta crear el mite d’un enemic extern, un enemic de color, amb un alfabet diferent. Tot i això, és clar que el patriarcat és un enemic actual que prové del món occidental i es veu en l’abús al qual s’està sotmetent la nostra companya, així com a moltes altres persones empresonades.

A més, l’explotació dels cossos i les dades personals de les companyes acusates va començar amb diversos mètodes executats per l’aparell de l’estat, en benefici del poder governant; i sota l’orientació de la unitat antiterrorista, el funcionariat corrupte del partit de Nova Democràcia i, una vegada més, el ministre de Protecció Ciutadana, M. Chryochoidis. La difamació sistemàtica sobre les companyes en els mitjans de comunicació, sobretot a través de titulars en mitjans de comunicació i periòdics, és un altre exemple del paper repulsiu que fan aquests canals en la propagació de la propaganda estatal i capitalista. La publicació de fotografies i vídeos de l’escena de l’incident és un acte de profanació, deshonra la memòria del company Kyriakos i capta la brutalitat a la qual la família i els seus éssers estimats estan subjectes. A més, els mitjans grecs van aprofitar descaradament aquesta situació publicant fotos personals de les companyes acusates, obtingudes amb l’ajuda de la unitat antiterrorista, que va proporcionar les seves dades personals.

En els darrers anys, hem vist investigacions que eren intents de recopilar la màxima informació possible sobre les lluites internacionals, compartint contactes i moviments de persones que participen en més d’un país. Durant molts anys veiem que la policia alemanya ha assumit papers destacats en la repressió al territori grec amb l’objectiu de difondre la por. A més d’intentar evitar que la gent es connecti i crei vincles i xarxes internacionals: observar companyes, ocultar micròfons als cotxes, executar registres, entrenar la policia grega i, per descomptat, compartir informació. No és sorprenent, però convé esmentar que la identitat de Kyriakos es va revelar després que la policia alemanya proporcionés les empremtes dactilars contingudes a la seva base de dades i el va etiquetar com a “terrorista extremista d’esquerres”. Però, segurament, van proporcionar molt més que això, perquè no és estrany que també compartissin totes les dades personals que havien recollit els darrers anys. La complicitat entre l’estat alemany i el grec és molt evident, però no és l’únic exemple. Amb organitzacions com Europol que realitza la coordinació en matèria d’investigacions policials, veiem com la maquinària de la repressió s’estén aquí i fora de la fortalessa europea. Al final, cap estat ens pot proporcionar l’alliberament i, sobretot, en els casos sobre les anomenades organitzacions terroristes, el vincles i la complicitat entre diferents estats, es torna a revelar una vegada més.

La memòria del nostre company, malgrat tots els intents de l’estat i el seu dispositiu, serà per a totes nosaltres un llegat en les nostres lluites, un capítol important de la nostra història. Una història escrita per tothom que va lluitar per una vida millor, per a un altre món. I és aquesta història que continuarem defensant contra qui busca difamar-la. I és la nostra solidaritat i determinació actives que continuaran les lluites connectades o compartides amb el nostre company Kyriakos.Entre totes aquestes ànimes que van decidir enfrontar aquest terrible món ens resulta indispensable dibuixar col·lectivament la memòria i acompanyar al nostre company en el seu viatge cap a la història, escrivint un capítol combatiu internacional que va començar ja molt abans. Defensem la memòria revolucionària i convertim el nostre plor en un catalitzador per l’alliberament social i de classe per a totes.

Una vegada més, veiem i sentim la importància de la solidaritat internacional en les nostres lluites. És per això que inspirant-nos en la crida d’acció internacional del 16/11 (enllaç aquí), l’Assemblea de Berlín en memòria de Kyriakos X. i en solidaritat amb les perseguides, fem una crida a l’acció internacional els dies 30.12, 31.12 i 01.01. Contra les tàctiques de la unitat antiterrorista i l’explotació dels mitjans de comunicació i la difamació de la memòria del nostre company, la nostra solidaritat activa ha de ser una barrera protectora per a les nostres companyes empresonades i qualsevol persecució addicional. No deixem que la repressió ens intimidi i mantinguem-nos al seu costat sense dubtar-ho. Si ataquen les nostres idees, el nostre compromís amb elles ha de ser encara més gran. Crides internacionals com aquesta, que concentren els nostres esforços en un cert període de temps, poden actuar com a pas cap a la construcció d’una solidaritat internacional amb les acusades, així com per a mantindre la memòria del company Kyriakos.

Vam triar els dies al voltant del 31 de desembre per commemorar Kyriakos, perquè aquell dia es compliran dos mesos des que va morir el nostre company. Dos mesos de dolor, lluita i ira, però també de crear llaços i solidaritat. La nit de cap d’any és una data coneguda a tot el món, que anualment intenta trencar l’aïllament i la misèria a les presons, sentiments tan evidents aquell dia. A les presons de tot el món, la gent es reuneix fora per enviar un missatge de solidaritat a les empresonades. Volem connectar-nos aquell dia, recordant que Kyriakos es va comprometre amb la destrucció del sistema penitenciari. Al mateix temps, pensem en les cinc companyes perseguides, en un cas construït per la policia, ara arrestades a la presó de Korydallos. A més, aquest dia ens dóna l’oportunitat de sacsejar el sistema i atacar el monopoli de la violència que té l’estat. A la ciutat de Berlín, en els darrers anys s’ha desenvolupat la tradició de començar el nou any amb enfrontaments als carrers contra la policia. La nit del 31.12 és una de les poques en què es fa evident el (des)equilibri entre grans quantitats d’individus i les autoritats. És una nit en què és difícil per a l’estat mantenir el control i, per tant, sovint exploten els enfrontaments per part de la classe treballadora, les migrants, les anarquistes, les marginades i totes les que opten per enfrontar-se a l’autoritat.

Tot i que cridem per als dies del 30.12.-01.01., la construcció d’una solidaritat constant no significa limitar les nostres accions a dies específics. Per tant, volem animar a tothom a unir -se a aquesta crida, ja sigui en els dies al voltant de la vigília del nou any, o en els dies anteriors y/o posteriors.

Fem una crida durant aquests dies per dibuixar a la memòria del company Kyriakos i mostrar solidaritat amb les cinc companyes perseguides. Això significa no només mostrar-nos actives en la situació actual, sinó també continuar les lluites en què van participar directa o indirectament. Cada acció contra l’opressió i l’autoritat es pot dedicar a Kyriakos. Perquè el cor de Kyriakos Xymitiris i totes les caigudes van vèncer per sempre als carrers, en els enfrontaments, en els moments de la revolta, al cor de qualsevol persona que lluita contra l’opressió i l’explotació. Les que van perdre la vida en la lluita per la llibertat viuen per sempre en el cor de la revolta social i de classe. El foc tornarà a escalfar els cors d’aquelles que ja no són aquí i aquelles que no poden lluitar amb nosaltres.

Utilitzem la força que Kyriakos ens va deixar i la força que Marianna, Dimitra, Dimitris, Nikos i A.K ens envien des de dins de les cel·les de la democràcia.

Διεθνές κάλεσμα για ημέρες δράσης 30.12-01.01: Στη μνήμη του Κυριάκου Ξ. και σε αλληλεγγύη με τους διωκόμενους της υπόθεσης των Αμπελοκήπων.

Στις 31 Οκτώβρη, σε έκρηξη σε διαμέρισμα στην Αθήνα, έπεσε στη μάχη για την κοινωνική και ταξική απελευθέρωση ο αναρχικός σύντροφος Κυριάκος Ξυμητήρης. Η αναρχική συντρόφισσα Μαριάννα υπέστη σοβαρά τραύματα, κι αφού νοσηλεύτηκε στο νοσοκομείο Ευαγγελισμός υπό συνεχή αστυνομική επιτήρηση, μεταφέρθηκε την Παρασκευή 15/11 στις φυλακές Κορυδαλλού. Στον απόηχο των όσων συνέβησαν στις 31 Οκτωβρίου, τα συντροφιά Δήμητρα Ζ., Δημήτρης, Νίκος Ρ. και Α.Κ. προφυλακίστηκαν επίσης στο Κορυδαλλό. Τα πέντε συντρόφια έχουν κατηγορηθεί με βάση τον αντιτρομοκρατικό νόμο 187Α: συγκρότηση και ένταξη σε τρομοκρατική οργάνωση.
Οι πιέσεις που άσκησε η ελληνική αντιτρομοκρατική, σε συνεργασία με την ανακρίτρια που είχε αναλάβει την υπόθεση, οδήγησαν στο πρόωρο εξιτήριο της συντρόφισσας Μαριάννας από το νοσοκομείο, με τη διοίκηση του νοσοκομείου Ευαγγελισμός να μην αναλαμβάνει την ευθύνη για την ασθενή της. Όπως σε κάθε φυλακή του κόσμου, έτσι και στον Κορυδαλλό επικρατούν κακομεταχείριση και σκληρές συνθήκες. Το γυναικείο τμήμα της φυλακής είναι ακόμα πιο παραμελημένο από το ανδρικό, αποτελώντας πιστό αντίγραφο της πατριαρχικής κοινωνίας στην οποία ζούμε. Αυτά τα βασανιστήρια που επιβάλλονται στη σύντροφο μας, έχουν τις ρίζες τους στις πιο κλασικές πρακτικές της δυτικής πατριαρχίας, η οποία είναι υποδουλωτική και αποικιοκρατική. Η απογύμνωση της υποκειμενικότητας και ο χειρισμός των σωμάτων ως αντικείμενα, με τη βία, είναι μια ιστορική πρακτική της λευκής πατριαρχίας. Αυτή προσπαθεί, μέσω των ευρωπαϊκών κρατών, να δημιουργήσει το μύθο ενός ξένου εχθρού – ενός εχθρού με χρώμα, με διαφορετικό αλφάβητο. Ωστόσο, είναι σαφές ότι η πατριαρχία είναι ένας εχθρός που προέρχεται από τον δυτικό κόσμο, και φαίνεται στην κακομεταχείριση στην οποία υποβάλλονται η συντρόφισσα και πολλά άλλα φυλακισμένα άτομα.
Η εκμετάλλευση των σωμάτων και των προσωπικών δεδομένων των κατηγορουμένων συντρόφων/ισσών ξεκίνησε με διάφορες μεθοδεύσεις που εκτελέστηκαν από τον κρατικό μηχανισμό, όλα προς το όφελος της εξουσίας. Υπό την καθοδήγηση της αντιτρομοκρατικής, των διεφθαρμένων στελεχών της Νέας Δημοκρατίας και για άλλη μια φορά του υπουργού Προστασίας του Πολίτη, Μ. Χρυσοχοΐδη. Ο συστηματικός διασυρμός των συντρόφω/ισσών στα ΜΜΕ, ιδιαίτερα μέσω των γνωστών μιντιακών ρουφιάνων και τα πρωτοσέλιδα των εφημερίδων, είναι ένα ακόμη παράδειγμα του αποκρουστικού ρόλου που παίζουν τα κανάλια αυτά, στη διάδοση της κρατικής και καπιταλιστικής προπαγάνδας. Η δημοσίευση φωτογραφιών και βίντεο από τον τόπο του συμβάντος αποτελεί πράξη βεβήλωσης, προσβάλλοντας τη μνήμη του συντρόφου Κυριάκου και αποτυπώνει τη βαρβαρότητα που υφίσταται η οικογένεια και τα κοντινά του άτομα. Επιπλέον, τα ελληνικά ΜΜΕ εκμεταλλεύτηκαν ασύστολα αυτή την κατάσταση, δημοσιεύοντας προσωπικές φωτογραφίες των κατηγορούμενων συντρόφων/ισσών, τις οποίες απέκτησαν με τη βοήθεια της αντιτρομοκρατικής η οποία τους παρείχε τα προσωπικά στοιχεία των συντρόφων/ισσών.
Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχουμε δει έρευνες που ήταν προσπάθειες ώστε να συγκεντρωθούν όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερες πληροφορίες για τα διεθνή κινήματα, μοιράζοντας επαφές και καθημερινότητες ατόμων που δραστηριοποιούνται σε περισσότερες από μία χώρα. Πολλά χρόνια τώρα βλέπουμε γερμανούς μπάτσους να έχουν πρωταγωνιστικό ρόλο σε ελληνικά εδάφη. Με στόχο να επιχειρήσουν να σκορπίσουν το φόβο, όπως επίσης να εμποδίσουν συντρόφια να συνδεθούν και να δημιουργήσουν διεθνείς δεσμούς και δίκτυα. Παρακολουθούν συντρόφια, βάζουν κοριούς στα αυτοκίνητα, εκτελούν έρευνες σε σπίτια, εκπαιδεύουν έλληνες μπάτσους και φυσικά μοιράζονται πληροφορίες με τους έλληνες συναδέλφους τους. Δεν αποτελεί έκπληξη, αλλά αξίζει να αναφερθεί, ότι η ταυτότητα του Κυριάκου αποκαλύφθηκε αφού οι γερμανικοί μπάτσοι έδωσαν τα δακτυλικά αποτυπώματα από τη βάση δεδομένων τους και τον χαρακτήρισαν ως ’’αριστερό εξτρεμιστή τρομοκράτη’’. Είναι σχεδόν βέβαιο ότι παρέχουν πολύ περισσότερα από αυτά, αν όχι κάθε προσωπική λεπτομέρεια που είχαν συλλέξει τα τελευταία χρόνια. Η συνεργασία μεταξύ του ελληνικού και γερμανικού κράτους είναι σίγουρα εμφανείς πλέον στο/ην καθένα/μια αλλά, επίσης, πέραν του βέβαιος δεν αποτελεί το μοναδικό παράδειγμα. Με οργανισμούς όπως η Europol που θέλει να συντονίζει τις έρευνες στην Ευρώπη, βλέπουμε τον μηχανισμό καταστολής να απλώνει τα δίχτυα του σε όλο τον κόσμο και εκτός από το φρούριο-Ευρώπη.
Κανένα κράτος δεν μπορεί ποτέ να μας φέρει την απελευθέρωση και ειδικά σε περιπτώσεις που αφορούν τις λεγόμενες τρομοκρατικές οργανώσεις, αποκαλύπτονται για άλλη μια φορά οι διασυνδέσεις και η συνεργασία μεταξύ διαφορετικών κρατών. Στο βήμα του συντρόφου μας Κυριάκου,προς την ιστορία, που έκανε μαζί με όλες εκείνες τις ψυχές που επέλεξαν να σταθούν αντιμέτωπες με αυτόν τον απαίσιο αυτό κόσμο, στεκόμαστε κι εμείς δίπλα του και θεωρούμε αδιαπραγμάτευτη, συλλογικη, τη συνέχιση του αγώνα του για μια διεθνιστική αντιεξουσιαστική δράση. Μια ιστορία χαραγμένη από όλους εκείνους που αγωνίστηκαν για μια καλύτερη ζωή, για έναν άλλο κόσμο. Και είναι αυτή η ιστορία που θα συνεχίσουμε να υπερασπιζόμαστε απέναντι σε όσους προσπαθούν να την δυσφημίσουν. Και η έμπρακτη αλληλεγγύη και η αποφασιστικότητά μας θα συνεχίσει τους αγώνες που συνδέσαμε ή μοιραστήκαμε μαζί του. Μπορεί να έκανε ένα βήμα προς την ιστορία, ανάμεσα σε όλες εκείνες τις ψυχές που επέλεξαν να αντιμετωπίσουν αυτόν τον απαίσιο κόσμο, αλλά συλλογικά, θεωρούμε απαραίτητο να χαράξουμε τη μνήμη του και να συνοδεύσουμε τον σύντροφό μας στο ταξίδι του προς την ιστορία και να γράψουμε ένα αγωνιστικό διεθνές κεφάλαιο που ξεκίνησε ήδη πολύ πιο πριν. Να υπερασπιστούμε την επαναστατική μνήμη και να μετατρέψουμε το πένθος μας σε καταλύτη για την κοινωνική και ταξική απελευθέρωση όλων.
Για άλλη μια φορά, βλέπουμε και νιώθουμε τη σημασία της διεθνής αλληλεγγύης στους αγώνες μας. Εμπνευσμένοι/ες από το διεθνές κάλεσμα δράσης της 16.11 , ως συνέλευση στο Βερολίνο, στη μνήμη του Κυριάκου Ξ. και σε αλληλεγγύη με τους/τις διωκόμενους/ες συντρόφους/ισσες, καλούμε σε Διεθνείς Ημέρες Δράσης στις 30.12, 31.12 και 01.01. Ενάντια στις τακτικές της αντιτρομοκρατικής και την εκμετάλλευση των Μ.Μ.Ε. και την δυσφήμιση της μνήμης του συντρόφου μας.
Η έμπρακτη αλληλεγγύη μας πρέπει να σταθεί ως προστατευτικό ανάχωμα για τα φυλακισμένα συντρόφια μας και τις όποιες περαιτέρω διώξεις. Δεν θα αφήσουμε την καταστολή να μας εκφοβίσει και στεκόμαστε στο πλευρό τους ανεπιφύλακτα. Όσο επιτίθενται στους διεθνείς μας αγώνες τόσο περισσότερο θα προσηλωνόμαστε εμείς σε αυτούς. Διεθνή καλέσματα όπως αυτό εδώ μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν ως ημερομηνία ορόσημο, συγκεντρώνοντας την πίεση που ασκούμε όλοι μας σε ένα συγκεκριμένο χρονικό πλαίσιο και χτίζοντας με αυτό τον τρόπο συνεπή διεθνή αλληλεγγύη για τους κατηγορούμενους, καθώς και διεθνείς δράσεις μνήμης για τον σύντροφο Κυριάκο.
Επιλέγουμε τις ημέρες γύρω από τη 31 Δεκεμβρίου για να τις αφιερώσουμε στον Κυριάκο, καθώς η ημέρα αυτή είναι ακριβώς δύο μήνες μετά τον θάνατο του συντρόφου μας. Δύο μήνες θλίψης, αγώνα, οργής, αλλά και δεσμού και αλληλεγγύης. Η παραμονή της Πρωτοχρονιάς είναι γνωστή ημερομηνία παγκοσμίως, που κάθε χρόνο γίνεται η προσπάθεια να σπαστεί η απομόνωση και η δυστυχία μέσα στις φυλακές, που γίνεται τόσο πιο φανερή. Παγκοσμίως συγκεντρώνονται άνθρωποι έξω από τις φυλακές για να στείλουν ένα μήνυμα στους/ις φυλακισμένους/ες. Θέλουμε να συνδεθούμε με αυτή τη μέρα, όπως και ο Κυριάκος που πίστευε στην καταστροφή των σωφρονιστικών συστήματων, όπου η σκέψη μας θα είναι με τα πέντε συντρόφια που βρίσκονται στις φυλακές του Κορυδαλλού και διώκονται σ’αυτήν την κατασκευασμένη υπόθεση. Αναζητώντας ευκαιρίες για να ταρακουνήσουμε το υπάρχον και να επιτεθούμε στο μονοπώλιο της βίας του κράτους, μπορούμε να συνδεθούμε με αυτή τη μέρα. Στο Βερολίνο, έχει γίνει πια παράδοση, εκείνο το βράδυ να ξεκινάει το νέο έτος με νέες συγκρούσεις στους δρόμους ενάντια στους μπάτσους. Το βράδυ της 31.12 είναι ένα από τα λίγα βράδια όπου η (αν)ισορροπία μεταξύ μεγάλων ομάδων ατόμων και των αρχών, που είναι προετοιμασμένοι για συγκρούσεις, είναι δύσκολο για το κράτος να συμβαδίσει και γι’ αυτό εκείνο το βράδυ συχνά ξεσπούν συγκρούσεις από την εργατική τάξη, τους μετανάστες, τους αναρχικούς, τους περιθωριοποιημένους και όλους/ες εκείνους/ες που επιλέγουν να συγκρουστούν με τις αρχές.
Αν και καλούμε για τις 30.12-01.01, η οικοδόμηση μιας σταθερής αλληλεγγύης δεν σημαίνει ότι περιορίζουμε τις δράσεις μας στις συγκεκριμένες ημέρες. Επομένως, θέλουμε να ενθαρρύνουμε όλους/ες να συμμετάσχουν σε αυτό το κάλεσμα, είτε τις ημέρες γύρω από την παραμονή της Πρωτοχρονιάς, είτε πριν, είτε μετά.
Καλούμε όλες και όλους να τιμήσουν τη μνήμη του συντρόφου Κυριάκου και να δείξουμε την αλληλεγγύη μας στους πέντε διωκόμενους συντρόφους. Αυτό σημαίνει όχι μόνο να δραστηριοποιηθούμε για την κατάσταση στην οποία βρίσκονται τώρα, αλλά και να συνεχίσουμε τους αγώνες με τους οποίους σχετίζονται και τους αγώνες που μπορούμε να συνδέσουμε με αυτούς. Κάθε δράση ενάντια στην καταπίεση και την εξουσία μπορεί να είναι αφιερωμένη στον Κυριάκο. Γιατί η καρδιά του Κυριάκου Ξυμητήρη και όλων των πεσόντων συντρόφων/ισσών χτυπάει για πάντα στους δρόμους, στις συγκρούσεις, στις εξεγερσιάκες στιγμές, στην καρδιά όλων όσων αγωνίζονται ενάντια στην καταπίεση και την εκμετάλλευση. Όσοι/ες έχασαν τη ζωή τους στον αγώνα για τη λευτεριά, ζουν για πάντα στην καρδιά της κοινωνικής και ταξικής εξέγερσης. Η φωτιά θα επιστρέψει για να ζεστάνει τις καρδιές εκείνων που δεν είναι πια εδώ και εκείνων που δεν μπορούν να αγωνιστούν μαζί μας.
Ας χρησιμοποιήσουμε τη δύναμη που μας άφησε ο Κυριάκος και τη δύναμη που μας στέλνουν μέσα από τα κελιά της δημοκρατίας η Μαριάννα, η Δήμητρα, ο Δημήτρης, ο Νίκος και ο Α.Κ.

Vor zwei Monaten, am 31. Oktober, entzweite sich die Zeit als der anarchistische Gefährte Kyriakos Xymitiris sein Leben in Folge einer Explosion verlor. Die anarchistische Gefährtin Marianna wird schwer verletzt und eine “Hexenjagd” beginnt, um die Voraussetzungen einer Beschuldigung nach Paragraf 187A zu erfüllen. Bei meiner Rückkehr am Montag, den 4.11., warteten an der Landbahn des Flughafens 15-20 Polizisten der Antiterror-Einheit auf mich. Sie konfiszierten mein Hab und Gut und verfrachteten mich anschließend in den 13. Stock der GADA. Die zunächst verkündete Kontrolle wird später zur Festnahme auf der Basis einer übertriebenen und unbegründeten Beschuldigung der Formierung von und Teilnahme in einer terroristischen Organisation, Explosion sowie Besitz, Herstellung und Bereitstellung von Sprengstoff. Nach der Vernehmung entschied die Vernehmungsbeamtin, eine Frau Georgia Kioulepoglou, einvernehmlich mit dem Ankläger, mich auf Basis nicht existierender Beweise in Untersuchungshaft zu stecken. Zwei Tage zuvor wurde unter gleichen fadenscheinigen Beschuldigungen auch mein Gefährte Dimitris inhaftiert.

Währenddessen war die Gefährtin Marianna unter Isolationsbedingungen hospitalisiert und auf 24-Stunden-Basis unter Bewachung. Nicht einmal drei Tage nachdem sie ihr Bewusstsein wiedererlangte und ihre Gesundheit durch die Verletzungen und die Operationen, die sie durchgemacht hatte, in kritischem Zustand, wurde sie zur Vernehmung gerufen, was unter diesen Umständen eindeutig Folter ist. Als ob dem nicht genug wäre nutzten die Folterknechte vom ersten Tag ihrer Einlieferung ins Evangelismos Krankenhaus an den Umstand aus, dass sie unter Narkose war, um die Abnahme ihrer Fingerabdrücke und ihres Bluts für eine DNA-Analyse ohne ihr Einverständnis anzuordnen. Während ihres Krankenhausaufenthalts gab es keinen Moment der Privatssphäre. Die Bullen bestanden darauf, dass die Tür zu jeder Zeit – sogar während medizinischer Behandlung und bei Verrichtung privater Angelegenheiten – offen bleibt und verweigerten ihr damit das Recht einer angemessenen Behandlung. Sie entschieden, sie nur einen Tag nach ihrer letzten Operation zu entlassen und sie mit offenen Wunden in das Gefängnis von Korydallos zu schicken, wo ihr drei volle Tage die notwendigen Medikamente vorenthalten wurden.

Im Rahmen ihrer vorgefertigten Strategie kreiert die Antiterror Einheit einen zweckmäßigen Vorwurf, der alle notwendigen Voraussetzungen für eine Verfolgung entsprechend Paragraf 187A erfüllen soll. Mir persönlich wird vorgeworfen, Mitglied in einer terroristischen Organisation zu sein, da ich meinen Gefährt*innen die Schlüssel gegeben habe, um ihre Bekannten aus dem Ausland unterzubringen. Diese Handlung, wäre sie nicht die einer Anarchistin, hätte keinerlei Verfolgung nach sich gezogen. Die Art und Weise wie der Paragraf 187A angelegt ist, ist so vage, dass er jederzeit auf jede*n angewendet werden kann, wenn nötig. Es handelt sich um ein Gesetz, das, um durch die Kriminalisierung von Comradeship und Freundschaft einen Fundus an Verdächtigen zu schaffen, epidemische Dimensionen annimmt. Gleichzeitig entfaltet sich vor unseren Augen eine Serie von Terrorszenarien auf Grundlage scheinheiliger Beweise, wobei die letzten Vorfälle die Festnahme von Nikos Romanos und A.K. wegen Bruchstückhafter Fingerabdrücke auf beweglichen Objekten sind. Der Staatsapparat zeigt mal wieder seine Rachegelüste indem er die “üblichen Verdächtigen” ins Visier nimmt. Wir haben es mit einem Gesetz zu tun, das als Superwaffe zur Anvisierung, Repression, Verbreitung von Angst und Isolation fungiert.

Jedoch kann der kriminalistische Aspekt unserer Verfolgung nicht vom breiteren politischen Kontext getrennt werden. Auf internationaler Ebene führt der Westen militärische Operationen im Mittleren Osten im Rahmen seiner kolonialistischen Politik durch und wandelt Orte geopolitscher Interessen in US- und NATO-Stützpunkte um. Vereint mit Israel, dieses wirtschaftlich und militärisch stärkend, führt es Krieg gegen das kämpferische Palästina. Die Teilnahme am russisch-ukrainischen Krieg zielt darauf ab, die Ukraine in die NATO zu bringen um die eigenen Position auf dem Globus zu stärken. Und natürlich ist Griechenland keine Ausnahme. Mit der Entscheidung, enorme Mengen an Geldern für das Militär aufzuwenden, wird die Inflation erhöht, die der sozialen Basis zusetzt. Eine Inflation, die die unteren Klassen in Armut und Misere zwingt. Stets in Angst vor der Arbeitslosigkeit, mit dem Gespenst eines öffentlichen Gesundheitssystems und mit der großen Mehrheit in andauernden Überlebenskämpfen während diese ins Verderben sinkt. Der Staat hat im Kontext einer generellen Destabilisierung und mit dem Zweck, soziale Unruhe zu verhindern, die in Folge der weitgehendene Unzufriedenheit ausbrechen könnte, das Dogma von Gesetz und Ordnung auf die Agenda gesetzt.

In einer strategischen Verwirrung weg vom heimischen und globalen Kontext haben die Massenmedien vom ersten Moment an zu einem Bombardement aus Meldungen über unserem Fall angesetzt um ein Klima der Terrorhysterie zu verbreiten. Mehrere Tage lang und ohne den Tod unseres Gefährten zu respektieren begannen sie damit, uns zu verunglimpfen. Sie, das sind die selben, die stumm geblieben sind: zum Genodzid an den Palästinensern, den Libanesen und Jemeniten; zum staatlichen Mord in Tempi, wo sie voll Mitgefühl die Politiker und Journalisten zeigten, die über ein “notwendiges Opfer” zur Verbesserung des Schienennetzes sprachen; zum staatlichen Mord an Migrant*innen in Pylos; zu den Dutzenden von Femiziden; zum Whitewashing und Decken von Vergewaltigern und Skandalen.

Über die repressiven Strategien des Staates hinaus trägt unser Fall eine Last die wichtiger ist als jedes Terrorszenario. Die Lücke, die der Verlust unseres Gefährten und Freundes Kyriakos hinterlässt ist enorm. Er war eine selten bescheidene Person, entschieden in seinem Glauben und im Kampf. Ein ruheloser Geist, anwesend in fast jeder Versammlung, Demonstration und Mobilisierung. Eine Person mit Interesse an der Verbindung verschiedener Kämpfe wie denen gegen Rassismus, Faschismus, Patriarchat, Kolonialismus und Gefängnis, aber auch daran, Leute und Gruppen innerhalb der Bewegung dadurch zusammen zu bringen, dass er kontinuierlich alles hervorhob was uns gegen die Repression und die Misere vereint. Vor allen Dingen war er ein Gefährte für den die Bedeutung von Comradeship und Solidarität von praktischer Wichtigkeit waren. Sein scharfer Verstand, seine tiefe Empathie, seine Analyse und sein Verständnis der Bedingungen in denen wir kämpfen, brachten unseren Kampf voran. Indem er sowohl kleine als auch große Risiken einging und indem er der uns allen zukommenden Verantwortungen gewahr war, widmete er sein Leben der revolutionären Sache. Er war ein wesentlicher Teil des Kampfes.

Falls eine Sache daher sicher ist, dann die, dass der Name des Comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris im Gedächtnis eingraviert bleiben wird als Inspiration für all Jene, die für eine Welt der Freiheit, Gleichheit und Solidarität kämpfen. Für Alle, die innerhalb und außerhalb der Mauern gegen alle Formen der Ausbeutung, Unterdrückung und Isolation kämpfen. Für Alle, die ein anderes Morgen ersehnen. Bis das Lächeln der Erfüllung das Echo der klassenmäßigen und sozialen Befreiung trifft.

31/10 OUR BLOOD AND THEIR PERSECUTIONS

Two months ago, on 31.10, on Arkadias Street in Ampelokipi, a crack in time occurred when the anarchist comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris lost his life after an explosion. The anarchist comrade Marianna is seriously injured and a “witch hunt” begins in order to complete the conditions required to build an indictment under the 187A law.Upon my return on Monday 4.11, 15-20 policemen from the anti-terror unit were waiting for me at the landing strip of the airport. They confiscated my personal belongings and afterwards transferred me to the 13th floor of GADA. Initially they announced that this was a control which later turned into an arrest based on an exaggerated and factless indictment of the charges of forming and participating in a terrorist organization, explosion, and possession, manufacture and supply of explosives. After the interrogation procedure the interrogator, a Mrs. Georgia Kioulepoglou, decided along with the prosecutor, on the basis of non-existent evidence, to detain me in pre-trial custody. Two days earlier, using the same flimsy accusation, they also detained my comrade Dimitris.

During this period comrade Marianna was hospitalized in isolation and guarded on a 24-hour basis. Not even three days after she regained consciousness, with her health in a severe condition due to the injuries and operations she had undergone, she was called for an interrogation which, in such conditions, is clearly torture. As if that was not enough, from the very first day of her transport to Evangelismos hospital, her torturers exploited the fact that she was under anesthesia, ordering the taking of fingerprints and blood for DNA analysis without her consent. During her hospitalization there was not a moment of privacy, with the cops insisting that the door should remain open at all times, even during medical treatments and when she attended to her private needs, depriving her of the right of decent hospital treatment. They decided to discharge her just one day after the last surgical operation, and transferred her to Korydallos prison with her wounds still open, while failing to provide her with the necessary medication for three entire days.

With a predetermined strategy, the anti-terrorist unit sets up a “convenient” (for them, as always) indictment in an attempt to fulfill all the necessary requirements for our persecution under the 187A law. Personally, I was charged with being a member of a terrorist organization, due to the fact that I handed over the keys to my comrades in the context of hosting their acquaintances from abroad. Such a move, had it not been carried out by an anarchist, would not have resulted in any persecution. The way 187A is drafted is so vague that it can be stretched and applied to anyone, whenever necessary. A law that is reaching epidemic dimensions in order to create a pool of suspects through the penalization of comradeship and friendship. At the same time, a series of terror-scenarios are unfolding in front of our eyes, based on flimsy evidences, the latest incidents being the arrests of comrade Nikos Romanos and A.K. based on incomplete fingerprints on a moving/mobile object. The state apparatus is once again showing its vindictiveness by targeting the “usual suspects”. We are dealing with a law that is being used as a super-weapon in order to target and repress, which attempts to spread fear and isolation.

However, beyond the criminal aspect our persecution cannot be separated from the broader political context. On an international level, the West, through its colonialist policy, is carrying out military operations in the Middle East, transforming geopolitical points of interest into US and NATO military bases. By siding with Israel, strengthening it economically and militarily, it is waging war on the resilient Palestine. Involvement in the Russian-Ukrainian war aims to bring Ukraine into NATO in order to strengthen its position on the global map. And of course Greece is no exception. Having chosen to spend enormous amounts of funds on military supplies, it increases the inflation that afflicts the social base. An inflation that has forced the lower classes into poverty and misery. With the fear of unemployment, the ghost of a public health system and with the vast majority in a constant struggle for survival while sinking into misery. Therefore, in a context of general destabilization, the state has put the dogma of law and order on its agenda in order to prevent any social unrest that could arise due to widespread dissatisfaction.

In a strategic disorientation from the domestic and global context the media, from the very first moment, started a bombardment of news regarding our case, spreading a climate of terror-hysteria. For several days, and without respecting the death of our comrade, they began to denigrate us. They are the same who remained silent towards the genocide of Palestinian, Lebanese and Yemeni people; towards the state murder of Tempi where they sympathetically portrayed politicians and journalists who spoke of a “necessary sacrifice” in order to improve the railway network; towards the state murder of migrants in Pylos; towards the dozens of femicides; towards the whitewashing and covering up of rapists and scandals.

Beyond the repressive strategies of the state, our case carries a burden more important than any terrorist-scenario. The gap left by the loss of our comrade and friend Kyriakos is enormous. He was a rare humble person, determined in his beliefs and in the struggle. A tireless spirit, present in almost every assembly, demonstration and mobilization. A person who was interested not only in connecting various struggles such as those against racism, fascism, patriarchy, colonialism and prisons, but also in bringing people and groups within the movement together, constantly highlighting everything that united us against repression and misery. Most of all, he was a comrade for whom the meanings of comradeship and solidarity were of practical significance. His sharp mind, his profound empathy and his analysis and understanding of the conditions in which we are fighting advanced our struggles. By taking both small and big risks and being aware of the responsibilities attributed to each, he dedicated his life to the revolutionary cause. He has been an integral part of the struggle.

Therefore, if one thing is certain, it is that the name of comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris will remain engraved in memory, inspiring all those who fight for a world of freedom, equality and solidarity. Who fight inside and outside the walls against all forms of exploitation, oppression and isolation. Who envision a different tomorrow. Until the smile of satisfaction will meet the echo of class and social liberation.

Folgender Text stellt keine Analyse der bürgerlichen Justiz oder der Repression dar, sondern ist die geschuldete Antwort auf den Antrag der Staatsanwaltschaft anlässlich der Frist zur Verlängerung oder Nicht-Verlängerung meiner U-Haft (für weitere sechs Monate). Es handelt sich um eine Forderung, die nicht nur bezüglich ihrer Auswirkung fürchterlich ist – was mich anbelangt geht es um die Verlängerung bis April vor (dann werde ich anderthalb Jahre in Haft sein) – sondern auch weil sich der Staatsanwalt K. Mastroantonakis nach einem Jahr auf vorgeschobene Ausreden stützt, da er es nicht geschafft hat, den Grund seiner Forderung zu rechtfertigen.

Wie auch die selbe Akte aus der ersten Untersuchung berichtet, ist von der ersten Anhörung bis heute keinerlei neues Element hervorgegangen, das die Gründe der Anwendung der U-Haft gegen mich stützt. Jene Gründe, die natürlich auch nicht im ersten Jahr vorgelegen haben. Trotz all dem unterstellen sie mir, dass ich aufgrund meines Mietvertrages im Ausland, welcher am 30.11.2025 ausläuft, der Flucht verdächtigt werde. Jenen Vertrag habe ich in den ersten Monaten meiner Haft unter Vorlage aller entsprechenden Dokumente gekündigt. Dennoch haben die Ermittlungsrichterin K. Kioulepoglou und der Staatsanwalt sich entschieden, dies offenbar ein zweites Mal demonstrativ zu ignorieren (selbiges war nach einem halben Jahr passiert). 

Und während ich mich von Anfang an als permanent Wohnhaft bei meinen Eltern gemeldet habe, fahren sie damit fort ihre Begründung des nicht-permanent gemeldet seins anzuführen und schreiben, “die Annahme, ich sei nicht Fluchtgefährdet, ist unbegründet”. Hinter dem Vorwand des nicht-permanent gemeldet seins jedoch verweigert der Staatsanwalt das vorher von mir an den Tag gelegte Verhalten anzuerkennen, als ich direkt freien Willens aus dem Ausland nach Griechenland zurückgekommen bin als ich vom tragischen Geschehen in der Arkadias erfahren habe. Mit diesem Vorschlag haben sie das Verhalten nicht nur nicht anerkannt, sondern bestrafen sie mich im Prinzip für diese meine Entscheidung indem sie sie ganzheitlich ignorieren. Somit, anstatt mein Handeln als Garantie für mein Erscheinen im Gericht zu werten, stellen sie mich als der Flucht verdächtig dar.

Und während in obiger Angelegenheit die Art meines Verhaltens keine Rolle spielte, führt der Staatsanwalt in der Folge willkürlich als Charaktereigenschaften “gefährlich, hart, antisozial und das menschliche Leben verachtend” auf, nur um meine U-Haft zu verlängern. Es zeigt sich der Doppelstandart der bürgerlichen Justiz. Es sind Charaktereigenschaften, die mit meiner anarchistischen Identität unvereinbar sind, denn die Anarchie verteidigt das Leben anstatt das Überleben, die Freiheit statt der Unterwerfung, die Solidarität statt des Recht des Stärkeren, die gegenseitige Hilfe statt des Eigennutzes. Eine Ideologie, die Einsperrung ablehnt und die Kritik an der Resozialisierung übt. Wen resozialisieren durch wen? Nach welchen Kriterien? 

So vergräbt dich die Resozialisierung in diesem immensen Grau um dich die gleiche Erstickung mit den bestimmt nicht schuldigen Frauen teilen zu lassen. Verarmte Frauen, von der Armut in ein Leben in Kleinkriminalität gezwängt, Frauen ganz alleine innerhalb oder außerhalb der Mauern, wo ihr Leben immer von anderen bestimmt wird, drogenabhängige Frauen, deren Abhängikeit, während sie wegen Kleinstmengen inhaftiert sind, vom Gefängnis verstärkt wird und das die Drogen mit einer Handvoll Psychopharmaka ersetzt, misshandelte Frauen, die sich zu Reaktionen auf ihre Misshandlungen entschieden haben, Roma-Frauen, für die dies ausreicht, um sie mit aufgeblasenen Vorwürfen übereinander zu stapeln. Alle zusammen sitzen sie in diesem Mikrokosmos des Gefägnisses, wo durch die Einschränkungen und die Entbehrungen alles noch intensiver erlebt wird. Unter ständiger Rache und Strafe, Abwertung und Entwürdigung, führt die so genannte Reszialisierung am Ende zu ihrer Entmenschlichung – zur Verdammung, von Haft zu Haft zu gelangen, als ob es eine Drehtür gäbe.

Beobachter sein all dessen in den endlosen toten Stunden der trostlosen Dimension des Gefängnisses. In einer Umgebung lebend mit Verhalten und Bewegungen, die sich widerholen, mit dem Lärm des Schlüssels in der Tür der Zelle, der dein Hirn perforiert, mit der Angst das Ich zu verlieren. In Käfige betonierte menschliche Leben, von Ermittlungsrichtern und Staatsanwälten, die die Akten durchblättern als seinen sie Broschüren.

Für alle Verantwortlichen stelle ich klar: ich befinde mich hier weil ich die Verantwortung für meine politische Identität als Anarchistin übernommen und meine politischen und kameradschaftlichen Beziehungen verteidigt habe, welche die einzigen Beweise für die Verfolgung sind. 

Und ich werde darauf bestehen diese zu verteidigen, wie auch die Erinnerung an den Gefährten Kyriakos Xymitiris, der die Brücke des Umsturzes ohne Möglichkeit zur Rückkehr überquert hat. Auf das niemals jener Tag komme, an dem ich in den Spiegel sehen werde und darin Eine erblicke, die von dem abgestoßen ist, was aus ihr geworden ist.
